Andromeda Salvador Tang is the heart and hands behind Andromeda Calligraphy & Design. 
 

Growing up, Andromeda always had a fascination with the art of calligraphy. She was the type of person who had an obsession with handwriting other people's names at any opportunity that arised. In 2016, to her surprise she discovered a large community of amazing and talented calligraphers and hand-letterers on Instagram. She was immediately inspired and absolutely loved seeing all the beautiful forms of calligraphy out there, especially pointed pen calligraphy.

In 2017, while recovering from her surgeries after a breast cancer diagnosis, Andromeda finally took her very first calligraphy class with the talented Angi Philips of Angelique Ink. Caught in a rollercoaster of emotions, Andromeda desired to seize these uncertain moments of her life and use them as a source of inspiration.  She found calligraphy very therapeutic and as a way to let her mind and heart relax and feel at ease.  Upon this new journey, she rediscovered her deep fascination and interest in the art of calligraphy. Andromeda continues to practice calligraphy as a form of therapy that has provided her with a sense of joy, peace and serenity.

After a year of realizing her passion for calligraphy, Andromeda decided to launch Andromeda Calligraphy & Design - focusing on weddings and special events. She values milestones that come once in a lifetime and aims to reflect this through her work. Whether it is the biggest or smallest of details, she will focus all her energy to create beautiful and everlasting memories that she hopes her clients can cherish forever.
